Order Processing
At West Orange Jewelers, we want you to have a satisfying shopping experience. For your convenience, the following payment options are available: Visa, Mastercard and Discover. As soon as you place your order using our easy-to-navigate system, we immediately begin processing it. Because it is immediate, canceling your order is not an option. Most orders are processed and leave our facility in as little as two business days. If for some reason you change your mind after placing an order, we welcome you to take advantage of our 14-day return policy, detailed below.
 
Shipping
We use the most reputable shipping companies to deliver your purchase in a timely manner. We deliver to street addresses in the continental United States. We use United States Postal Services (USPS) for APO/FPO destinations.
 
Security/Insurance Protection
When your order is shipped from our facility, you will receive an email with the tracking information. All packages are fully insured at no additional charge to you and require an adult signature upon delivery.

Cancellations & Returns

Returns

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase through the mail for a refund or replacement within 14 days of purchase.
  • If the item is found to be defective, we will replace it. If the item is in working condition, refunds will be issued less a 10% restocking fee and the cost of shipping and handling.
  • All returns require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please call 973-364-2500 to arrange for one.
  • Print a copy of the invoice. Log into your account by clicking on the "My Account” button. Find your order by order date or order number and select it. Then select "Click here for printable copy of your invoice.”
  • On the invoice, note why the item is being returned.
  • The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging with all accompanying tags, manuals and accessories.
  • All manufacturers’ warranties are in effect.
  • All returns must not exhibit signs of wear or mistreatment.
  • Package the item(s) securely so as to avoid damage during shipping and we recommend insuring your package against loss or damage.
  • Special and custom orders including engraved items or custom sizes are not eligible for return.
  • Shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.
  • When addressing the package do not write the word "Jewelers” in the address or mark your package in a way that indicates the value of the contents. Send the package to:

  • Ship your package via U.S. Postal Service Registered Mail, insure it for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment arrives at its destination.
  • Please note that West Orange Jewelers is not responsible for loss or damage to your package during shipment. We do not accept C.O.D. shipments for return.
