At West Orange Jewelers, we offer a personalized and convenient shopping experience―not your usual retail encounter. Family-owned and operated for over 60 years, we stand out from other jewelry stores because we’re dedicated to providing unparalleled service, exceptional value, fair prices, and the latest selection of styles, all in a friendly and welcoming environment. Choose from one of our various high-quality products and designs or meet with us to create an original, one-of-a-kind product. From crafting your ideal custom creation or repurposing your jewelry to repairing your watch, there’s no job that isn’t as important to us as it is to you.

Our store was founded by George and Viola Acceturo, who began their careers as a bench jeweler and a caster (a person who uses liquid metals and molds to make jewelry). Because of their strong desire to work directly with customers, they opened their retail store on Main Street in West Orange on Columbus Day in 1962.

George and Viola established a reputation for high-quality work, professional expertise, and excellent customer service.

George and Viola retired in 1986, leaving the family store to be owned and operated by their son, Richard, a talented jewelry designer and craftsman. In 2003, Richard’s wife, Robyn, began operating the store with him. Richard and Robyn created a warm, friendly environment while maintaining the experience and expertise of George and Viola.

In 2002, Richard and Robyn realized that their store needed convenient parking and more showroom space to display expanded product lines. They decided to evolve by moving their location to the Roseland Commons Shopping Center.

After 16 years, Richard and Robyn relocated to office building Plaza 322 in Parsippany to create a private space and family-style atmosphere for their customers. At their current location, they continue to maintain the family brand by providing unparalleled service and a dedication to their customers and craft.
